An international removal happens in five stages
Stage 1

- We call you to find out your move date and destination and to discuss your requirements. Then we schedule a convenient time to conduct a pre-move survey.
Stage 2
Pre-move survey

You walk us through your home (in person or via our app), showing us everything you want to move. We calculate your move volume and packing requirements to send you a customised quote.
Stage 3
Removal
- On the move date our crew first protects your home from damage (covering stair railings, floors, corners). Then we wrap your furniture for extra protection before loading everything securely into the truck for transport.
Stage 4
Transport

We ship your goods by road, air or sea to your new home, taking care of all customs formalities at origin and destination. Once your goods have cleared customs we deliver them to your door.
Stage 5
Delivery
- We unload the truck at your new home and place your items in the correct rooms according to your instruction. We clear any packing debris before we leave you to settle in.
